We have been shopping around for a mattress and everywhere we went, other companies have been trying to up-sell us. However, we came into mattress firm at the location across the street from Westland mall and the store manger Efrain Gonzalez, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. He had patience with us and made sure that we were getting the best quality mattress for our money. It was well worth it. Great customer service and a Great mattress all in one place.
