Very happy with Miguel and Nicole. They've been extremely helpful since the beginning, and even more since we moved in. Any inconvenience we've had, Miguel is always happy to help. The community is tranquil, and I love the peace we have. Also, Jorge is AMAZING. He passed by the apartment yesterday, and I can already tell that we're going to love living here. Hubby, the kids, and I are blessed to have an excellent administration and maintenance team.

Community is quiet, not much fuss going around, I am overall happy here. Jorge is amazing, very professional, very competent, answering to the request in a timely manner, we are lucky to have him. We love it here, we have mangos and avocados.

I have been living here for more than a month and it has been great. Miguel was my point of contact and he has been great in every way to making me feel welcome to the community to guiding me throughout the whole move-in process. He was also pleased to hear about me being raised in this area and comparing to what it was and to what it is now, great staff, great community all around!

Hey, So I've been here for over a year now and its been an amazing stay! I was in a horrific "luxury" apartment before with horrible service(never picked up calls, poorly maintained, constant fire alarms) and it's just day/night with Manor. They are very attentive, always pick up the phone for anything, community is really nice, they are very fair and understanding, the amenities are great, and the maintenance is always on top of everything. We just renewed our lease without hesitation and are so happy to stay! First time ever writing a review and only did it because they deserve the praise!

I had thought that I submitted this review already but Madeline in the Leasing Office has easily been one of best things about my time at Manor Hialeah. She's easily been the most consistent good thing about living here. The apartment community is very nice and typically well maintained. I like the amenity package as well. When I moved in there was a leasing special which helps to make renting here more affordable. I have had issues with some of my neighbors behaviors but generally living here is quite enjoyable.

I want to give Madelin a shot out every time I come to the office shes so kind to me. To be honest all of the young ladies in the office are so nice and approachable. I really enjoy my community here at Manor Hialeah the events, food trucks, and they do everything they can to make it a place called home.
