Words like compassionate, caring, dedicated, loving, and funny come to mind. The convivial atmosphere they create transcends what one thinks of an ALF. The director is always a text or a call away and his response time is almost immediate. He is always pleasant, helpful, and willing to find solutions to even minor issues.
