Melinda is great!! She was so sweet to us and our baby boy! She was especially friendly with him and it was refreshing to have someone so welcoming and nice to sell us a bed. We have been to many mattress stores in the past 2 weeks and no one has been as great and sweet as her! Give the woman a raise ???? Thanks again.

I had great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helped me all the way thru the process from picking a bed to following up after it got delivered. Would definitely recommend to anyone look for a bed. Ps my bed is amazing and I wish we bought years ago.

Malinda is outstanding in customer service skills. She is friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses and folding bed bases. She is informative but not pushy. I enjoyed meeting her and talking to her as much as I enjoyed buying a folding bed.
