I had come to the conclusion, that “customer service” is nonexistent these days. And THEN, I went to Sit N Sleep, and a wonderful person named, Stephanie, greeted me (and my fiancé), I was prepared to be treated like a number. Not a person! Well, Stephanie was so very patient)as I took forever, and asked a lot of questions, and was being very picky! Stephanie never got impatient with me, she never acted rude or dismissive toward me. And I finally walked away with a mattress I am happy with. And believe me, it took a while, because I must have “tested”, every mattress in the store! I could not make up my mind. Thank you Stephanie! I truly appreciate you! For anyone looking for a mattress, this is the place to be! Sales representative very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. Didn't try to sell up to more expensive mattress than what the price range I told him I was interested in. Company itself offers many types and sizes for all. Very pleasant to have been in store. Delivery application is a great Idea, keeps customer informed to time span and actual point of arrival. Never seen that with other companies. Great job don

Excellent experience at Moreno Valley Sit‘n Sleep. The salesperson (Tim) was knowledgeable about his inventory, listened carefully to my needs and helped me find a good match without being pushy. I would definitely shops there again.
