AYRES HOTEL & SPA MORENO VALLEY REVIEWS

Everything was very clean and fully stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The place was quite despite it being a weekend. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast but good and they had a variety of sauces including tapatio and cholula! Very important. Staff were friendly and helpful during breakfast. Breakfast ends at 10am which in my opinion should end at 11am for us late nighters. The price for our stay was resonable for all the amenities and quality services they offer. Beautiful hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice place to stay for our time in Moreno Valley. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. It was too cold outside to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked nice. I like how the first floor rooms have their own patio with gate access to the pool. Breakfast was nice as well, with hot selections available every day in addition to an omelet bar. Definitely will stay here again.

We love this hotel. Clean, friendly. It is conveniently located near lots of shopping, food, and movies. The room we were in had 2 queen beds with a divided wall with shutters. Very cool. The restroom area had a sink outside the shower and bathroom area. A bar area, refrigerator, and microwave were in the room. I haven't seen that often these days. I would definitely return.

HAMPTON INN & SUITES MORENO VALLEY REVIEWS

We came down here to visit some family, and since it's kind of far from us, we decided to stay here for a night. The first thing is we are staying in an upgraded room, so it was, of course, a bit more expensive, but it's absolutely beautiful. We opted for the whirlpool bath, and it exceeded my standards. It definitely is something I wouldn't use every day as it takes a lot of water, but it's something I want in my own home now. Second, the rooms are spacious (both this room and the regular rooms), but if you're staying in the room extra long, or with a few people, this upgraded room is definitely worth it. It also has 2 tvs, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. I knew I was going to be staying a bit longer in the room so I brought my video games to at least have something to do since they offer tv services, but it was mainly just Christmas movies or shows due to the holidays. Overall, this was a fantastic trip, and it was a great idea to do the upgrade.

I will go back based on how my travel team was treated. The staff at front desk was so helpful when the business center was having problems. Rarely do you see staff go out of their way to help you and show genuine concern about your work. This crew, one in particular (perhaps Kate?) is exceptional.

The staff is the best. The overnight staff both nights, love those ladies.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The plus was Kathy at the front desk. I have been to many hotels and I must say that Ms. Kathy is definitely one The The best that I have encountered! She was very helpful, polite, professional,kind and informative. Thank you Ms.Kathy for being such a great person.

Exactly the hotel im looking for when traveling as a family. They have an indoor pool, free breakfast (bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, pastries etc) clean rooms and amazing front desk customer service reps. Would definitely stay again.

Joi at the front desk has excellent customer service! She was very patient and helped us with an issue we had with a 3rd party booking company. Such a pleasant and polite young lady. Thank you again.
