I wanted to give these 5 stars to express my satisfaction with Edward in Maintenance here at Towngate Apartments. He is always able to solve every issue we have had thus far. I requested maintenance for a toilet issue, and he took it upon himself to replace my small air filter without me asking! Very thoughtful and truly the best at what he does, I hope he is getting recognition from management for all his hard work! The only thing that has been an issue is the gate not working; having to enter through the main gate and go all the way around is tiresome.

I am very impressed with how quick and efficient the maintenance team is at this apartment site. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our apartment late night over the weekend, and someone was sent within 2 hours to come help us fix it. We are very grateful to Kong who helped fix our issue and he was extremely helpful and kind! I know I can trust the apartment and maintenance team to help out in the future.
