Silk Touch Med Spa

I have been a fan of Silk Touch for many years. I used to go there with my daughter for facials and laser hair removal for myself. I had even bought a package for skin treatments for myself about 15 years ago. Tragically our daughter was killed in a plane crash shortly after I purchased that package and I just couldn't bring myself to go there without her. Dr. and Mrs. Kerr and their staff even sent flowers to my daughter's funeral and a couple of staff members/friends even attended it. Well about 8 years ago I called to see is they showed a record of my purchase and they did, but I still wasn't ready to use it. Last Wednesday 1/3/24, I called to see if they still showed I had purchased that package. They did and they honored it, no questions asked! I was totally prepared to get a sub-par treatment because of the time lag but that was not the case. Lori Collins was my lady and from start to finish she was first rate fantastic. Silk Touch will always be more than a med spa to me. And I have to say I am still friends with the staff members that worked there all those years ago. Sincerely, Maryann Yearsley

The staff is very professional and polite. The atmosphere is inviting and calm. They have an abundance of premier facial products, lotions and creams. Travis is amazing! He listens to issues and conditions and responds with expert advice. He is professional and kind. His work is excellent and results are fantastic! I highly recommend!!

Shayna is absolutely wonderful! Today was my first time at Silk Touch and I couldn’t be more impressed with how professional and kind Shayna is. I’ve never been confident with my skin and I really wanted to find someone that takes their time in guiding me and that really cares. Thank you for today, Shayna and Silk Touch!
