Missy (and Rosa and Briia!) is wonderful. Always professional yet casual and comfortable, reassuring, and provides informed guidance to help me make good decisions based on what they hear me say that I want to achieve. Highly recommend Spa 35! I had my lips done by Missy and by day 3 they had healed nicely and I was so happy with the results. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had!
