Richard Turbin is the founder of Turbin Chu Heidt. Richard Turbin served as an attorney for 37 years in Honolulu. Richard Turbin completed his bachelor's at cornell university in Ithaca, New York, in 1966 and then completed his Juris Doctorate at Harvard University Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1969. Richard Turbin was admitted bar in Hawaii in 1971 and to the U.S. District Court of Hawaii in the same year. Richard Turbin has proficiency in speaking French and Samoan, and he was elected in 2005 as President of the Hawaii State Bar Association and also selected at Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TTIPS) of the American Bar Association from 1999-2000. Richard Turbin also served as Chair of the International Committee of that organization. Richard Turbin is the representative client of the Hawaii. Pacific Tennis Association and Intramural League of Hawaii.
