My wife and I were involved in a serious car accident, and were referred to Ward B. Rasmussen by one of his clients. The day I called Mr. Rasmussen was the day which lead to the successful resolution of our case. I was extremely concerned since the other driver was a foreign national, and was responsible for the accident. Throughout the process Mr. Rasmussen was able to address my questions and concerns, as well as provide timely updates in a professional and reassuring way. We found him highly competent and knowledgeable, and would recommend Mr. Ward Rasmussen to anyone seeking legal assistance.

I was fortunate to have Ward Rasmussen handle my case. I was hit by a car as I walked into my fitness center. The woman, a distracted driver, never saw me. I tried working with my insurance company but my case kept being passed from one adjustor to the next. Finally, my husband and I decided to call an attorney. We called Osteen&Harrison. A few days later I received a call from Mr Rasmussen. I did wonder if we had a case~we did! Ward got right on it and we received the entire insurance policy amount from the woman's policy. Ward also told us that we had an underinsured policy that we could receive. He worked on that and even worked on insurance payments from my husband's health insurance. It’s been over a month since I left my imaging and medical records with them and I still haven’t heard back. Once I get a response back I’ll update my review so far I’m not impressed. Ok so I’m having a little more progress which makes me happy! The company is great updating my rating to 5 stars.
