Brad A. Denton primarily represents small companies, so he mainly focuses on the areas of law that small businesses require. Robert Larson established Larson Law Office in 2010. He obtained his degree in psychology from BYU in 1998. After that, he got his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University in 2002. Larson served as a prosecutor in Arizona during 2003-2004. Then he served in Washington D.C. for the next few years working on a variety of various legal matters. After that, Larson then operated at a family law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah, during 2008-2009, where he began to focus on family law. When Larson returned to Arizona in late 2009, he briefly worked for another firm focused on family law. Later, he helps business people with all perspectives of building and developing their businesses. As a business owner himself, he understands that running a business involves high risk and offering, but it is gratifying. He focusses on business formation, operating agreements, partnership agreements, buy/sell contracts, and so on.
