I have had the fortunate pleasure of pairing up with the team at boxer and Gearson for the last several years. My case is still in the works but I have faith in the honestly and integrity of the work and billable expenses or hours they are submitting under my claim. I really have enjoyed working with Burt Arnold. He truly understands the legal maneuvering necessary with. Long, drawn out case in addition to one with turnover in medical personnel and no representation from the other sides medical providers or service reps. Basically no one called me back every time I tried to reach the opposition. Each tome I would finally reach an member of the providers team they would refer me to in an attempt to demonstrate desire to resolve the matter, I guess bottom line, boxer and gssrs

I am incredibly fortunate to be represented by Dennis Popalardo and his staff. It’s been a difficult journey but his willingness to advocate for me and to stay in constant communication with me has helped me endure the pain of multiple surgeries and the frustration of a worker’s comp system which appears to be more focused on preventing fraudulent claims than the health of the injured employee.
