Eric set up a living trust for my parents. It took *many* years to convince my elderly parents (especially my dad) to do this. After our initial call with Eric, who provided a clear explanation of the process and the differences between having a trust versus having just a will, my dad wanted to do it. It just took one call with Eric to convince him!! I would rate 10 stars just for this epic moment. Eric is very easy to talk to and work with, demonstrates great patience and professionalism, and he has a streamlined process in creating the trust and signing it in his downtown Oakland office. I also appreciate that Eric responds to phone messages and emails promptly. My husband and I initially called/emailed a few estate planning attorneys in my parents' area but they never responded. I highly recommend Eric Davidson - hands down, one of the best estate planning attorneys in the Bay Area.
