The process took a lot less than was explained. We got a decent amount of money from the insurance company with their assistance. Ashley went above and beyond at all times to answer any questions I had, and she thoroughly explain to me what was going on to ease any worries I may have had. I was always in the loop and immediately notified of anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
