Simeone & Miller is the only law firm you need to consider if you’re ever in an auto accident . I had an accident awhile back and I’m so glad that I called them . I interviewed 2 law firms to see which one I could trust with my case . After feeling pressured by the first one & having the paralegal say something about “wasting their time” when I said I was interviewing law firms I promptly called Mr. Simeone right away . I didn’t not feel pressured , he was polite, respectful , & patient . Tom Simeone spoke with me about my case when I initially contacted the firm & although I wasn’t the easiest to work with the team worked w/ me and made sure I was properly compensated after my accident . They were even able to get a proper diagnosis when my doctor withheld the information from me intentionally, in order to draw out treatment . Once Simeone & Miller called his office they were able to get the diagnosis for me right away, which helped in my treatment process . If you’re ever in an accident I wholeheartedly recommend Simeone & Miller. They truly do care & will fight for you!

I am writing this review although Simeone & Miller did not accept my case. The reviews online are accurate about the professionalism and excellent client service. I will particularly mention Jakob, the Intake Paralegal, who was incredibly kind listening patiently to my issue without hurrying me or interrupting. After having some issues with a different law firm, I called Someone & Miller and was able to get the help I needed to get my settlement without a lot of worry. They were professional, respectful and helped me in a time of need.
