Chapala Mexican Restaurant

Being the fan I am of authentic cuisine’s, this has to be Olathe, Ks best kept secret. Upon entry I was greeted by very sweet young ladies that were ready to get me seated, although I ordered online. I ordered the Fajita lunch cause it was noon. The food is amazing. Preparation was rather quick and everything was fresh, the lettuce was crisp and fresh, the entree bursting with colors and flavor. I am so happy one trucker lead another trucker (Me) to this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice. It was nice and clean inside and out. Not pricey at all and you do get what you pay for. I don’t know who the cook was but you did an amazing job!!! If I’m ever in Olathe again, this is definitely my go to for food.

This place is a gem! Delicious house made margarita mix and the Monday specials was 2 margs for $10! Our dinners were hot and fresh. The salsa is also super fresh and tasty. You should try this place!

The waitress was very busy but attentive and pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious. The closest to Mexican food we have found.
