My husband and I just closed on our first home with Jose Mendez. When I began this process back in December, I reached out to him not even being serious, and thinking there was nothing he could do to help. We were in our rental home for nearly 10 years and found out they were thinking of selling it. To be completely honest, I wanted to be a homeowner but also didn’t care to at the same time. Fast forward to today, we closed on our first home last week. Jose and his team made it possible for my husband and I. We came with challenges that weren’t easy but Jose got it done. I really can’t thank him enough for his help, patience and expertise. Without him, I would be searching for apartments right now. Jose, keep doing what you’re doing. You are the best in the business and I will forever recommend you.
