My girlfriend and I just closed on our first home with the help of Dane's services. Dane was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. We hardly had any idea what we were doing when we started, and he was able to explain things in a simple and concise way. If we had a question, he was able to answer it. He was patient and really worked within our busy schedules to make sure we were making the right decision. If you are a first-time homebuyer, I highly recommend him. He doesn't take advantage of your lack of knowledge, and he truly wants to get you the best deal possible.
