His team was super responsive, answering all questions and getting back with me in moments after my call or email, sometimes well into the evening. It felt as though they were always there to help in any way possible at any time. Also, Mike is a saint!! Lol. I KNEW some days the man was swamped with work but he never rushed me and never made me feel like I was a bother. He's great!!
