Highly highly highly recommend working with Jack for your mortgage needs! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and the process can be daunting. I read a few reviews about Jack and hopped on a no pressure call with him to understand the services he provides. When I say that he is so patient, honest, diligent, trustworthy, and a broker with high integrity…I truly mean it. He is so proactive in the process and respectful of your timeline of where you are in the home buying process. No question is stupid and he is so responsive. The one thing that we’ll never forget is how Jack called the listing agent for the property that we wanted to and he went to bat for us (without us even asking for him to do so)! I truly think that made all the difference in getting our offer accepted for our dream home. It’s hard to find great people on your team. You won’t regret working with Jack.

Jack was pivotal in helping my family and I buy our first home. When we were ready to make an offer on our dream home, Jack did everything he could to build a good report with the sellers agent in order to get the sellers to feel comfortable about accepting our offer. He helped us meet our contingency deadlines in a timely manner and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns that I had about the buying process. He also helped us get the best possible interest rate considering interest rates have continued to rise despite fed cuts. I really appreciate all of Jack’s hard work and we love our new home. Eric Miller worked very hard to get us the loan for our cute old house. Front-to-back and top-to-bottom, Eric knew the ins and outs, spoke to our real estate agent, the seller's agent, walked us through the appraisal, inspection and insurance process and advised on the pitfalls of each and how to avoid them. Everything he advised us on was spot on and made all the difference. Due to the age and condition of our house, it was not an easy process but that did not deter Eric from going the extra mile and helping us secure the loan. He spent many hours with us and all the relevant stakeholders ensuring that the deal went through and it did. We could not more highly recommend Eric for your mortgage needs.

Have worked with Hans and Sarandy on 2 mortgages and a refinance now. They are supportive and very helpful. We will definitely continue to work with them in the future.
