The place I rented from BFPM was by far the best rental I’ve ever lived in. I loved that it was fully renovated with top of the line appliances and top notch style in the kitchen & bathroom - it looked more like a home than a rental. I was always so proud to have guests come to visit!! The property was always well maintained and I loved the sense of community. I also have to mention how seamless it was to work with Lily, the property manager, who happened to be a neighbor. She was extremely responsive and always took care of anything that came up quickly and hassle free. I’ve never had a PM be so on top of any billing queries or maintenance concerns as she was, not to mention she would go above and beyond to ensure all tenants were happy in their new home, ensuring we all knew we could reach her anytime and she would fix anything we needed. I highly recommend Beach Front Property Mgmt and hope you have the pleasure of having Lily as your Property Mgr, she’s literally THE BEST!.

It was a pleasure working with Sara and the rest of the team. Sara was real knowledgeable of every property she showed me. Very kind and well mannered team. They made finding a place less stressful and more easy. Angie was very easy to work with when it came to paperwork and getting documents signed. She stayed in communication with me through the whole process and was very informative with every question I had.

My family and I went to view a home with Sara and she was an absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions. The property management company itself is also VERY good! We got quick responses to all of our questions and Angie (I think that was her name) was very transparent about everything including the application process. They have so many properties to choose from as well. I would 10/10 recommend this company and especially Sara!.

I had a good experience working with Real Property Management. From the very beginning Angie and the rest of team was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had and provide clear guidance throughout the entire process. They were consistently responsive, addressing my concerns promptly and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Lived in a monthly rental for a short period but had a positive experience nonetheless. Maintenance issues were always handled immediately and their staff is very polite and helpful. My only feedback/room for growth is that my utilities come in about a week or two after my rent is due with no notifications so I was late on my utilities to them the first time. I wish their app/website automatically alerted their tenants when new payments were posted.

I’ve always enjoyed working with Ernst and Haas! This is my second rental with them and I love how professional this company is. They have beautiful properties here in Long Beach and have such a streamlined customer service process. The renters portal is phenomenal !! I never have to speak to anyone but when I do, I’m always met with a courteous disposition and a sense of urgency. If you are looking for a home or rental in Long Beach, Ernst and Haas is the property management to go with.

My husband and I have been owners represented by Ernst and Haas for 13 years. Their service is very good; knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, and timely. Have had a number of tenants over this period and they report being well and fairly treated. I highly recommend Ernst and Haas as both a management company for owners and for tenants.
