I was referred to this company after our initial lender was not moving on our construction loan for 3 months. With Mortgage Pros, my wife and I were approved and construction started in less than 30 calendar days! The staff explained the process and always answered our questions with detail. Oz Salinas and Joshua Salazar kept us in the loop and gave us options when things got challenging. As a Veteran, I was very impressed at the effort they went and how they will go above and beyond to make sure you as the buyer are taken care of and get the best result possible. If I ever need to refinance, build or buy a property again, I am definitely going with Mortgage Pros. I also highly recommend them to anyone in the market for property to buy or build.
