Rocio is a beast but more than that she’s upfront straightforward gives you the good the bad and the ugly. She guides you and helps you navigate through it all. One of her quotes that holds true is that the relationship between the Loan Officer and the buyer begins after the close of escrow. She’s not just trying to get your business and complete the transaction. She also making a connection for life. I think I bugged Rocio more than anyone’s ever bugged anyone, and she always stayed professional cheerful, helpful, and positive. I cannot recommend Rocio and her team enough.
