I can’t say enough good things about Claudia and her team. I found Claudia to be much more knowledgeable than any of the other loan people I had spoken to, so I knew she was the person who would get me the best loan. She not only did that, she was there for me every step of the way, guiding me answering questions and offering suggestions. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed by the realtor that I had from the home i found on Zillow at all. Nor was I impressed by the escrow company that broker used. So I would turn to Claudia and she would deal with them directly and took care of everything. Claudia’s associate, Betsabe, is so sweet and helpful, and took care of things, answered my questions and made it easy. This is my first time buying a home. I really didn’t think I could do it and didn’t know what I was doing but I can tell anyone who is even considering buying a home to talk to Claudia. She is so knowledgeable about all of the loans and the process, if there is a way, she will know it. Claudia and her team were there for me from beginning to finish. I found i could trust them completely. They were always calm, informative, and took care of it all. I can never express my gratitude to Claudia, Betsabe and the team at Dignified Home Loans enough.
