Robert Hanke got me closed in 12 days. I was working with another lender from Crosscountry mortgage for 2 months who kept moving my closing date because he could never get anything done on time. When I called Robert and explained to him what I was going through, he took over my file. I closed in literally 12 days. He communicated with me and answered every questions, gave me updates, he was friendly, straightforward, and fast. Will definitely work with Robert again. I had an amazing experience.

RJ did a phenomenal job helping us purchase a home. The seller was on a time crunch- and very vocal about it. RJ and his team were extremely efficient and helped me understand the entire process (it's my first home). Jeff pays attention to what the customer wants, and his word and deed are one and the same, the loan rate and all numbers were on the mark throughout the entire process. This was my 7th property purchase and by far the most difficult due to the condition of the home, and lack of owner care. Jeff went so far as to replace environmentally diminished materials at his cost to green light the appraisal. Now that's what I call customer service!!

I recently bought a new house in Florida and Jeff Register was my Mortgage Loan Broker. He was fantastic. He was patient, courteous, skilled and made the whole process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Mortgage Loan Broker. 5 Stars!!
