He did his best and more to help my wife and I lower our interest rate and answered every single call and text. If we were uneasy or unsure he took the time to answer every question and explain the steps. We encountered some hiccups with our insurance company and he took the time to conference the calls and receive the paperwork needed same day. If that's not amazing service, I don't know what is.
