Lennar did a fantastic job on this! They really provide amazing incentives to help you get into a brand-new home. USDA, zero down, and much lower interest rate than market is definitely the way to go, so it was a no brainer. It was extremely important to me that I not worry about HVAC, efficiency, plumbing, old amenities, repairs, etc. on an older built home. Why would anyone spend valuable earned $$ otherwise and be concerned about maintenance up front? Trisha & Elaina (loan officers) answered all my questions and made the process smooth. It's fairly simple, no nonsense and pretty straight forward. If you are a numbers guy like myself, accounting matters and my calculations were on point with theirs. We are very thrilled with the space and features of our new home.
