I was introduced to Kyle about a year and a half ago when the market was pretty rough. He helped me get my foot in the door back then, but I ultimately couldn't pull the trigger on anything because prices and interest rate were too high. Every now-and-then throughout the next 18 months, Kyle would check in and I would reach out to him as well for quick updates and questions. I reached out to him in December of 2024 stating it was time to get serious again before my lease at my apartment ended in April 2025. He introduced me to a phenomenal real estate agent, Amanda. Once my wife and I found a house we were interested in, Kyle was very patient with me and informative on the process - step by step. Communication was key and he exceeded at that to help everything fall into place.

I want to thank Kyle, Kristi, Andrea and the whole team at veterans united for being there to answer questions we had at any point in time of the process. I truly felt like I had someone to go to for any questions I had throughout this experience which made this whole thing so much easier.

Great working with the team. Everyone was very helpful and they answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

So I closed on my home last week with Coastal Custom Mortgage. Shoutout to Senior Loan Officer Stephanie. She was amazing, very nice, and patient. She was there to answer whatever question I needed. She made my loan process very easy and stress free. Thanks to her I’m in my new home and I’m soooo happy! I definitely recommend her, she’s the best.

They helped us get a mortgage for an investment property we purchased. Very responsive, professional, answered all of our questions. Great experience. When we purchase another property in Georgia we will use them again.
