He made the whole mortgage process way less stressful than we expected. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping his clients. We'd definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable mortgage experience.

Dealing with Brad at Rate was phenomenal! I needed a 30 day closing and they got me set up very well. They were on top of everything every step of the way. This is the best loan experience I’ve ever had. I was expecting a much more difficult process when I started looking for a mortgage. They made the entire process simple. They are almost always available. I don’t think I was ever met with the voicemail or unanswered text. Very personable. I do not feel like I’m talking to a robot like some of the other banks. If you are looking for a hassle free mortgage, I would highly recommend contacting them. I closed in only 28 days. That is the only reason my offer was accepted.

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to receive a recommendation to reach out to Jason to help us secure a mortgage and buy our first home last year at the age of 28. Not only did Jason help us make that far-fetched seeming dream come true in a difficult market, but has also helped us with any questions that have come up since and I can honestly say his support and wealth of knowledge has helped us save money, time and a lot of stress. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.
