First, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Kyung?jin Hwang for her exceptional effort in assisting with the condo purchase. Even though I was in the midst of the loan process and I had to take a pre?planned one?week vacation, she had already flawlessly completed all the loan steps during my absence. When coordination issues arose with the HOA, she demonstrated impressive responsiveness and resourcefulness, tracking all recent condo sales in the complex, understanding the status of prior transactions, and using that information to bring things to a successful close. This kind of outstanding performance makes them and the team phenomenal.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Tony R. Park for his tremendous support throughout my loan process. Despite the recent unfavorable mortgage rate environment, he guided me through various challenges. He ultimately helped me secure a great interest rate, and I got some credit, which I’m extremely pleased with. There were also some coordination issues with the HOA during the condo purchase, but those were resolved smoothly as well. I would confidently and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

Got my first mortgage with Amy Yang and couldn’t have asked for a better person. She took care of everything with such care and was on top of it and kept me in the loop so that I can rest assured things were moving along.
