Service at this location has improved in recent time. The older gentleman at the front is a class act - always friendly and professional. No problems processing deposits and opening new accounts. Would recommend coming at any time except near closing hours - when you are almost always guaranteed to wait.

I had to go into the branch to meet my new financial consultant. Very courteous and helpful staff when I arrived. I was able to get everything done to my complete satisfaction in a short space of time.

We are super happy with our experience at Fidelity and especially Sheela Sukhdeo and her team. We'd been Fidelity customers for a few years and the returns were fine but we were DELIGHTED when our advisor was suddenly changed to Sheela who is not only a financial wizard, but she's full of energy and super positive. She actually makes her meetings engaging, fun, and educational - all while building your income and maximizing your investments. She's really the first financial advisor in my life that really looked at the WHOLE picture and cared if I understood what she was talking about with our plan. She asked us what our goals were and then created a plan towards reaching those goals. When my engineer husband asked challenging questions, she didn't get offended or defensive or dismissive (OFTEN my experience in finance). She would either answer his question or find someone on the Fidelity team that could explain some technical detail even further. Her team is awesome - Li is so thorough and helpful and Yunus Yenginer has been super, too. I think Brandon was one of the technical guys that fielded one of my husband's more complicated challenging scenarios. Everyone we've met in the Fidelity Sunnyvale office is professional, helpful, and engaged. And, while this review is really about Sheela and her office, I'll have to say that even when I've called Fidelities 800# for help, they've been great, too. The hold times have been short and they've helped me solve my problems or answered my questions. Great Job Fidelity! Keep it up!

I met with Stephen Crowell in the Sunnyvale office, he helped me with a financial plan after my husband passed away in November. Being new to these financial conversations it was valuable to have a partner. He helped me get organized with my goals and get the accounts setup to match my goals.
