GVC MORTGAGE REVIEWS

As a first time home buyer at 35, I was terrified of the process of buying a house. Working with Dave Evanoff at GVC Mortgage was the best decision I could've made. He was quick to respond to any and all questions I had, and the ease at which he could walk me through all of the numbers and mortgage lingo was otherworldly. Even after watching hundreds of videos on YouTube and TikTok, he was able to explain the entire process to me in a simple and easy way for me to understand. He set up our mortgage in the absolute most beneficial way to balance out our current financial needs while also maintaining our financial future, and could fully back it up with data. I highly recommend GVC, Dave especially, and will be sending everyone I know to him. 100/10!
