I seldom write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I want everyone to know how exceptional our customer service experience was with Jennifer Chang Galutera! It was our first time to refinance and we had so many questions. She is so detailed in explaining things that leaves us no follow up questions since she already outlined the answer even before we thought of asking. She’s that good! She tells you straight up if it’s not a good idea to refinance but lay it all out for you to decide. She truly cares for you, makes you feel like family and we really appreciate that. When I ask her questions, she responds right away. I even emailed her on a weekend not expecting her to reply but she did! She’s always on top of everything.
