Wonder State Mortgage

Shane and his team were phenomenal. We were a unique case (self employed, moving to a new market, newer LLC’s, etc…). We had been turned down by at least 3 other other lenders, who said they couldn’t do the mortgage after just talking with us. Shane’s team listened, and found a normal product that worked for us, without having to jump through hoops or penalize us with high rates and fees. They had great communication, and even had us cleared to close 4 days early! These guys can get it done.

Me and my fiancé just recently bought a house with the help of Shane Lester. Shane has been an absolute god send! when other mortgage lenders kept running into issues for us not getting a house I gave Shane a call. After he ran all of our information I finally hear the words “Cassidy what the heck is going on I don’t understand why this is so hard for y’all.” After just about a month of talking to him we put an offer in on a house and now we’ve been living in the house for a month. we are so grateful to have shane. still after closing he will still answer any calls/text I send him.
