Mylan was phenomenal! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process and Mylan was super patient and knowledgeable. He heard my concerns well and either gave solutions to address them or explained the process to me to help me better understand. He responded quickly to all of our phone calls, emails, and texts, and he is very well connected within the community. Mylan did his homework before each house that we viewed by contacting the listing agent beforehand to get all of the details we would want to know, and if he needed to clarify anything he would contact the listing agent and get information to us very quickly. He was prompt to every meeting and gave us great counsel on how to negotiate throughout the process. I felt like he truly wanted to help us find a home that was a good fit for us as opposed to just selling us any home. He’s kind, caring, and just an overall A+ realtor and we are so grateful we stumbled upon him.
