This is our third move with Lawrence, they got it right each time. It is not just a one time thing, each time exceeded expectations. Our point of contact Heather, was involved in every step, she was always available and able to help. Our inspector was on time and polite, she looked at every item and accounted for all our things. The team arrived on time. They introduced themselves. The driver and team leader set the tone and professionalism. The plan for the pack out and inventory was done in an easy and understandable way. Care was taken to wrap all the dishes and breakables. Boxes were labeled and everything was loaded. The team was always polite and courteous. No foul language was ever spoken. They finished sooner than expected. The goods arrived at the destination within the scheduled time window. The driver and team leader introduced themselves. They unloaded all the boxes and put our things away were we wanted. The inventory was gone through and everything was accounted for. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken. Recently used them for our move from NC to VA. Everyone we came in contact with during our move was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our coordinator Heather was great at communicating and keeping us on top of all the paperwork. All of the movers and the driver we worked with were careful to not damage any of our things or our apartment itself. They walked through the whole place with us after moving to ensure everything was delivered and nothing damaged. Highly recommend!.

I can't recommend Big Lick enough if you have a big move that's overwhelming. My wife and I were moving from Lynchburg to Salem and Big Lick took care of everything professionally and carefully and left me without any worries about either house, or my furniture, boxes, electronics, etc. For the crew I had the pleasure of working with Phil, Avontae, Terrell, and Winston. Each of them were incredibly polite, responsible, friendly, and hard-working. I was so happy that they were eager to ask questions, and go above and beyond to make sure everything was packed and everything was unloaded exactly where and how we wanted. To give more detail, the crew padded my doors, ran rollers on the floor to eliminate scuffs and dirt, padded all my furniture, wrapped it, and then even helped me box some additional loose items. They even took care of my washer and dryer and helped me unhook and hook back up. At the end of the day the price is without a doubt worth the expertise and experience this company and these people have. I would absolutely call them first if you're planning a big move, it's going to make your entire experience feel that much better. Having peace of mind is truly priceless when taking on a huge life event.

Had them come today and pack and move everything into storage before by move. They were super nice and efficient, and were able to get everything out of my place in a few hours! Looked like they padded all of my furniture really well and I have no doubt it’ll get to my new place in perfect shape. Would recommend.
