Smart Move

This is the second time I've used smart move, and I absolutely love them! There was an accident during this most recent move where a light was broken and the owner, Matt, quickly and efficiently worked with me to get it fixed. Because I was living in an apartment complex, he connected with the leasing office and got it taken care of so that it didn't have to come out of my security deposit. This is the honesty and small business mentality that I love and adore. I'm glad no one was hurt and accidents happen, and I appreciate the effective remediation and response time. Matt gave me his personal phone number to handle all of this and because of the way it was handled, I will be using them again! Plus, they moved me quickly and efficiently as well, which is always appreciated.

Had a great experience with this moving company. We had a piano and several pieces of heavy furniture that they moved quickly and carefully from a basement apartment. The four man team that came was efficient, kind and careful; Cody, Nick, Jason and Isaac did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend them.
