Worked out amazing. Cubes delivered actually slightly early, picked up the next day as we moved <1 full. Ordered a second which was credited correctly on the account. Made it across the country in 5 days, and again delivered within the time frame. Was able to pick up same day. Great value compared to hiring company for the amount we needed. Pay by CC so no dealing with any excess fees or shady practices. Cubes were sturdy, nothing was damaged since we packed well. Brittany H also gets a shout out for being personable, answering all our questions, and making sure any discounts were correctly applied.

Cheaper than renting a do-it-yourself moving truck and without the hassle of driving. Trailer was delivered on schedule and arrived 850 miles later on the promised day. We did a good job packing and everything arrived undamaged. All of our questions and concerns were answered by friendly people on the phone. The drivers were friendly and helpful too. If needed, I will definitely use U Pack again.

This company was reliable and were right on time. I did pay for the guaranteed delivery date, but it was worth having our things delivered fast. Would definitely use them again, but I hope I do not need to.
