Extremely good service and very smooth transition. Steve made it very easy and was very polite and gave me all the information I was looking for. He made the transition very easy and went the extra mile to explain about the app to do it on your phone when you get in the gate. I didn't even know they had that until he told me. And answered every question I had without confusion. Like.

ExtraSpace, extremely clean and very quiet place. Mr Steve Barber, is amazing person, his detail explanation for everything fills you more comfortable. Every time I am very happy being there. Thank you for your service.

I was skeptical at first. I had many questions I called this office to get more information and I was informed with, very particular and adequate information in regards to all my storage questions. I was informed on prices, sizes and security. I was very comfortable on getting my storage the young lady was very professional. Than you very much Rosie. You have earned yourself a valued customer.

Daisy was such a pleasure to work with: she was accommodating and well informed with the floor layouts. She did everything to ensure I found a unit that was perfect for me. Evelyn was also very helpful by making sure we had everything needed to move in on such short notice.

Evelynn was so sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions so patiently and showed me a unit I was interested in. I was very satisfied with this visit and ended up renting one.

Storage Direct Self Storage is a really nice and convenient place for my storage needs. The facility is super clean and well kept up. Then the manager Antonio is really a great person who is very friendly and helpful. Antonio helped me set up my access code and explained to me how enter and exit my unit.

I was looking for a place to store my furniture and one of the first ads I see is Storage Direct, let me tell you my experience was very professional and helpful, my unit was clean and ready to go!! I recommend you choose here for all your storage needs!!!.

Very good customer service and very calm there no problem whats so ever got my unit in under 15mins i appreciate it!.
