I had an outstanding experience with U-Pack! I'm so grateful to have found them at the last minute. From the initial phone call to book their services to the final delivery of my ReloCube, the entire process was top-notch. A special shoutout to the driver who picked up my cube - he went above and beyond to ensure my boxes were carefully loaded and secured to prevent any damage or scratches. His kindness and patience were truly impressive. Thank you, U-Pack, for providing exceptional service that exceeded my expectations.

Everything is done according to their agreement. They will bring the trailer to your address, and you will have 3 days to load the space you purchased. Then, they will deliver it to the destination address, and you will have 3 days to unload it. Their customer service people always answer the phone, give you information, or answer any questions. Their website is easy to use and you will get text messages with updates and links.

We had an absolutely phenomenal and perfect experience using U-Pack. We moved 2400 miles away and ABF U-Pack team helped us every step of the way. Very good documentation, instructions, and communication. Their customer service is top notch. For what is already a tough thing to move, ABF made the experience that much smoother and easier. Thank you to the ABF U-Pack team!!!!.

Very professional and friendly drivers. We were way over weight limit and had to order another pod and they had one delivered and picked up the next day. Very pleased with how accommodating everyone from customer service to the drivers were with our situation. I was also very happy with the communication of the drivers and dispatch. Would definitely recommend Pack Rat!.

What an amazing experience! Tim, the driver and deliverer of our storage unit, was friendly, personable, and professional. We felt very safe that he took great care in placing the unit carefully and thoughtfully. We were in great hands! I would definitely use this company again!.

We are very happy with Tim he picked up the pack wrap from one location and delivered it to another. He kept us informed the whole time as to when it would be delivered. Very polite and knowledgeable man. 5 Stars for him.

Drew Rickey and Eric did a wonderful job with the move. My wife and I when everything was complete, barely had to do anything else. Not only did the movers do a great job with moving our furniture and equipment, etc. but the packaging was second to none. It was something we did not expect to happen but since it did, it put me personally any more comfortable state that if anything were to drive, we were pretty confident no damage would be done. If anyone in my family or if my friends decide to move, I will definitely be recommending this company to them.

Super easy and convenient. I needed help with just moving the bigger items (dressers, kitchen table, etc) and worked out perfectly. Kevin and Omar were great! Showed up on time and hit the ground running. Was able to complete the whole move in just a little over three hours (the drive took most of the time). They were extremely professional, helpful and very careful with my items. 10/10 would recommend and hire again for my next move!.

Bernardo and Ivan were wonderful! Super friendly and professional, got us out of our apartment and into our new home in such a short amount of time; everything was protected and nothing was lost!.
