My friend recommended AoRM to me and I couldn't be happier that he did. I am in my 50's and was happy to hear they had adult groups. I have previously been a gigging guitarist but the late weekend nights, stage and sound setup really took away from the fun 4 hours on the stage. AoRM has a phenomenal rehearsal/ studio space with all the equipment you would ever need. Ron is an amazing teacher/faciliator and I get to jam out every week with great musicians and gig 4-5 times a year at great venues. If you want to play and don't want the hassles that come with forming your own band, check out AoRM, it has greatly improved my skills and has everything I need to keep gigging into my old age! I get to just walk on the stage, plug in and go! No hassles.

rom the beginning, Ron was communicative and organized, which made me feel supported in this new journey of learning to play an instrument at the spring chicken age of 44. My instructor, Scott, continued with the communication and is warm, encouraging, knowledgeable, talented, and a patient and wonderful teacher. I love my experience here and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This is my second semester in the "join a band" program and I couldn't be happier with the results. Ron and his staff are very talented individuals who really go the extra mile to share their gifts and help participants reach their highest potential. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to take their abilities to the next level.

I’ve been taking lessons at Academy of Rock Music and it’s honestly so much fun! Everyone here is super supportive! The instructors are really patient and easy to talk to, which makes learning way less intimidating. I’ve gained so much confidence since being here, especially from playing with other musicians and performing. I joined a band, and it helped me get comfortable on stage, which is something you don’t really get from regular lessons. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or have been playing for a while — you’re encouraged and pushed in a good way. It feels like a community, not just a music school, and it’s a place where you actually want to show up and play.
