Awesome staff providing excellent service. Had a setup done on my guitar and it now plays perfectly. The setup was done quickly and professionally. Repair technician was extremely knowledgable, experienced, and and very customer oriented. All employees were great, and very willing to help. Would definitely recommend highly to anyone.
I wish I found this place sooner in my daughter's music career. The repair shop in Jackson's was AWESOME! Quick, efficient, friendly and the cost was just right. Thank you Dylan! Highly, greatly recommend.
Super helpful staff. Of course I can’t remember his name (he was the manager of the Stratford rd location). Very nice guy that helped me make the right guitar decision 10/10.
