Our first visit to Chillax Nail Salon was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The establishment is superb - spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly relaxing. The complimentary cocktails while my wife enjoyed her manicure and pedicure were such a thoughtful touch, and the free juices for our daughter made her feel just as special. It really elevated the whole experience. Max, the nail tech, was attentive, easygoing, fun, and highly professional. He made my wife feel completely pampered and relaxed - exactly what you hope for in a self-care visit. She left glowing. Our daughter walked out beyond excited with her freshly colored fingernails and toes, proudly showing them off all day. Alex, the owner, was incredibly kind and checked in with us every 15–20 minutes to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care and attention says so much about how he runs his business. Judi was polite, sweet, and extremely accommodating when we requested a last-minute eyebrow glow-up. She handled it with such professionalism and warmth. Overall, an outstanding experience for our whole family. We’ll absolutely be back - highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. The ladies were kind, welcoming, and the shop has a really relaxing, clean aesthetic. I didn’t walk in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they never made me feel bad about it. They talked me through options and helped me decide. Julie did my manicure and Oanh did my toes, and both were fantastic. The owner personally checked on us multiple times, which I really appreciated. This is my second visit to this salon. I’m a very simple nail design type of person but big on shape and nail health. This is by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had both times. The service was impeccable. I had the Korean coffee and it was delicious. Ben was my nail tech and he was so sweet, knowledgeable and gave the best massage. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Andy for my removal and new acrylic set. Made sure everything was to my liking and will definitely be back.
