Hi there., My dear mom suffered a severe stroke 2 years ago. She has "left side neglect." The people at Nail Design have helped us so much by acomodating all of her needs in a professional, gentle, patient, empathetic, and kind way. She looks forward to her appointments and feels and looks amazing after. Nail care is very important, and it's needed during recovery. It is not something easy to do. Compounding her condition the Job is even more challenging. This place of business has taken the time to pay attention to her needs with details and we are very grateful.

I came in with a photo of acrylics that were longer than mine, but Lily did my gel manicure really close to the original photo (from this nail salon). She was also FAST--done in less than 45 mins. She was efficient, nice, and made my nails look pretty and clean. $55 for the gel design of base color plus 3-colors (red, pink, white) marbled nails with gold leaf. I'd come back to her in the future. Seems like an efficient shop.

I’m new to the Bay from NY. This place for sure has all the different nail colors and styles to fit your pleasure. I enjoyed how friendly they were, even when I became picky with my toes. I have a toe that requires acrylic and they doubled back to the nail, until I was pleased. By far, they excelled at customer service. Thank you.

Love them!! They're all good! I go to shayla and Julie but they're all great! Been going to them for about a year now.

Requested style: I once asked for a style that I thought was cute and the stylish was honest and told me because of how chunky my hands were could she suggest something different and I loved how she knew what looked good for my hands and was honest enough to speak it. This is my new place now after moving from San Francisco.. Cleanliness: They are always cleaning their station, washing their hands and wiping items down. I love that.

I came in here with excruciating pain and grown toenail and they took care of me. Service was great. I’ll be back in 2 weeks. Soooo Happy.

Pedicure was excellent and I am going to be back.
