He then pursued his neurology residency at the University of California, San Diego, in 1982. Dr. Raymond is board-certified in EEG by The American Board of Qualification in Electroencephalography Neurology, neuromuscular disease by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and vascular neurology by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology EMG.
