“Dr. Gilmore MacGregor graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Ecology. He obtained his MD from Mercer University, with honors in bioethics, and finished his clinical training here in Savannah at Memorial Health. Dr. Gilmore MacGregor earned his medical internship, neurology residency, and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the University of Alabama. He obtained the Argus Award for the most outstanding resident and was the chief neurophysiology fellow at UAB. Dr. Gilmore MacGregor is board-certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. He specializes in treating epilepsy and neuromuscular disorders such as myasthenia gravis and ALS, with the full spectrum of neurological diseases in adults. Dr. Gilmore MacGregor is affiliated with Memorial Health University Medical Center. He accepts new patients and telehealth appointments.”
