"Dr. Gilmore MacGregor graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology. He earned his MD from Mercer University, graduating with honors in bioethics, and completed his clinical training at Memorial Health in Savannah. Dr. Gilmore MacGregor completed his medical internship, neurology residency, and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the University of Alabama. He received the Argus Award for being the most outstanding resident and served as the chief neurophysiology fellow at UAB. Dr. Gilmore MacGregor is board-certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He specializes in treating epilepsy and neuromuscular disorders, such as myasthenia gravis and ALS, as well as the full spectrum of neurological diseases in adults. Dr. Gilmore MacGregor is affiliated with Memorial Health University Medical Center. He accepts new patients and offers telehealth appointments.
