Dr. Barry Singer graduated from Duke University in 1988 and medical school from Columbia University in 1992. He completed his neurology residency at Cornell-New York Hospital and his two-year multiple sclerosis fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Singer is a board-certified neurologist who specializes in treating multiple sclerosis disorders, and he is an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at Washington University in St. Louis. He proceeds to publish in the field of multiple sclerosis, at global scientific meetings and practices as course director for national continuing medical education programs. Dr. Barry Singer has also been an investigator in more than 25 clinical trials focused on new multiple sclerosis treatment options since 1994. Currently, he practices at The MS Center for Innovations, which has utilized its advanced facilities for delivering exceptional care to its clients.

Dr. Mark Tullman obtained his medical degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine in 1997, and he performed a residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He currently practices at MS Center Missouri Baptist and is affiliated with Missouri Baptist Medical Center, and he has a clinical interest in the diagnosis and movement disorders, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, developmental delays, and speech disorders. Dr. Tullman specializes in all aspects of MS patient care, including treatment with the disease-modifying drugs and symptomatic therapies, and he is also a leading clinical researcher and expert in MS experimental therapies. Dr. Mark Tullman has investigated numerous new treatments to lessen disability and improve functioning and quality of life in individuals affected by MS, and has co-authored numerous MS-related scientific articles, abstracts, and book chapters and lectured both in the United States and internationally.
