βDr. Michael A. Franklin graduated from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. He completed his residency and internship at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn and Albert Einstein Montefiore Medical Center. He also completed his fellowship in neuromuscular diseases at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, New York. Dr. Michael A. Franklin has an extensive background in headache research. He is an accomplished author and presenter of peer-reviewed studies in neurology and has clinical interests, including multiple sclerosis, dystonia, and the study and treatment of migraines. Dr. Michael A. Franklin is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, the National Headache Foundation, the American Headache Society, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
