Great staff; Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They took the time to make sure I understood. They are personable and it shows that they really care. Dr Morrow has a sense of humor and puts things in terms i can understand. I won't go elsewhere and hope he doesn't either.

Thank you Dr. Pate and team for taking good care of me through surgery! My 1st visit was with Katie S & Dr. Pate a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed- they take CT scan images of your sinuses and ears as soon as you arrive (obviously painless, it’s like having a photo taken), Katie S (PA-C) spent ample time with me going over my X-rays and she scoped my sinuses and ears and showed me on a large screen what was going on. (I’ve had ear and sinus issues for a while now and had been dismissed by another ENT at a completely different practice.) I felt that Katie S and Dr. Pate were patient with me and had empathy for my situation. Special shout out to Chelsea for helping ease my nerves with all my pre-op questions and jitters. Fast forward, yesterday was my ear and sinus surgery with Dr. Pate and it went very well. Dr. Pate made me feel at ease every step of the way, and talked me through the procedure. I’ve had virtually no pain and would highly recommend Dr. Pate and her team. Thank you Dr. Pate for being so kind and caring! The world needs more doctors like you!.

Dr. Pate and her staff are beyond wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Her PA is so knowledgable and kind. Can’t thank them enough. There was an issue with the insurance and the office manager Mr. Dennis corrected and helped us out immediately. It appears that the culture of this office is to be nothing but kind, caring and honest. Will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an ENT.

Dr. Pate is the absolute best! I have had an on-going ear issue and she has been the only one able to get it under control. She is very gentle, professional and puts you at ease. I highly recommend her without a doubt! Oh, and the office staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating.
